Programs for Companies
C3 - Character, Competence, Consistency TM
Our classes are taught by a small number of trainers that are able to teach each course using the C3 platform, developed by Dr. Nathan Mellor. The C3 approach to training which focuses on three areas: 1) Character, 2) Competence and 3) Consistency. Utilizing this approach, we believe our programs provide a balanced approach to training that provides the learner the practical skills needed (competence) along with an understanding of how their actions connect with an organization’s culture (character). As a result, participants are able to connect their actions with the company’s values for a more lasting impact (consistency).
In addition to using multimedia (i.e. PowerPoint), we also provide each participant a full color workbook that can be tailored for your organization. In the workbook, participants will have their personal copy of the material presented in the course along with space to take notes and make their own observations. In most cases, we try to limit the size of the classes to no more than 30 participants in each course but larger formats are available upon request. All courses are evaluated and digital copies of the evaluations are provided to the host organization for your records.
Our training programs can be configured to meet your needs but are primarily offered in two popular formats:
The first is in our “100 Minute Workshop” format that provides a concentrated training program for your organization. This style is a crowd favorite as it provides an energetic and focused program in two fifty-minute sessions.
