Standard shipping will be sent via UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS) and should be delivered to US addresses within approximately 6-12 business days after the order is received. Please note that large orders during high-volume seasons may require additional time. Tracking details are available with UPS shipments and select USPS shipments.
Rush shipping options are UPS Next Day, UPS Two Day or UPS Three Day. Rush orders are finalized at 11am CST Monday - Friday. Any rush orders that are submitted after that time will be processed on the next business day. If you want UPS Expedited Shipping, please call 877.357.0001 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
International orders will be shipped via the most economical and reliable carrier, depending on the location and the size of the order, usually the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders can take between 3-8 weeks to arrive once the order is placed. If the most economical carrier does not guarantee delivery outside of the US, we are not able to guarantee delivery either. We will gladly use a guaranteed delivery service, if requested, but it is generally more costly (such as UPS Worldwide Shipping). Expedited shipping is not available for International orders. Tracking details are limited for International shipments and may not be available for many of the less expensive options.
When items are on back order, the complete amount of shipping and handling will be charged on the first shipment. No additional shipping fees will be charged when the back ordered items are sent.
Pick up orders must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance. Pre-payment is required, unless payment arrangements have been made prior to pick up. Customers are encouraged to call before arriving to confirm the timing with the shipping personnel.
Strata Leadership will gladly replace damaged, defective, or missing goods reported within 10 business days of confirmed delivery. These items will be reclaimed, if necessary, at no further cost to you. A full refund will be given on most items that are returned within 30 days of receipt; provided that they are unused and in resellable condition. We do not refund shipping and handling fees. We do not refund or accept returns for items on clearance. All subscription and digital items are non-refundable (this includes items such as our Character Core Online Library).
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which may be obtained by contacting our customer service department at 877-357-0001 or e-mailing us at email@example.com.
If items are sent back without an RMA#, no refund will be given.
Dated materials and periodicals are non-refundable. These include calendars and the monthly Character Core Magazines, Posters, and Monthly Videos. For monthly paid subscribers and members only: Production of the monthly material begins approximately 20 days before receipt; subscription orders are finalized at that time. Therefore, subscription changes need to be submitted in writing no later than the 13th day of the previous month. Cancellations submitted during time of production will take effect after that issue is processed.
All returns made between 30-60 days after receipt, are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We do not give refunds for materials returned after 60 days.
